I had a very worst experience with this travel agent. Her Name is Madhuri. We asked her book the ticket from Newark to Mumbai. We gave her enough time to book the ticket, but she drags things to the last minute We give call after calls and send mail after mails and she never respond to any. After we finally travelled and Air india and we got lots of trouble in air india, I told to her and I struggled with her to talk to air india to get compensation, She told we got free return ticket. whenever i asked for the reference number for the free ticket she always says i will send in fax and sent in fax and i sent u in mail etc.... until today i haven't got the reference number and she works from home. We really lose our patience, she is not at all good.

MAIN THING, SHE NEVER TAKES THE PHONE NOR RESPOND TO OUR EMAILS, WE ARE HANGING IN THE MIDDLE UNKNOWING WHAT SITUATION WE ARE IN. VERY WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. MY ADVICE IS PLEASE GO TO A REPUTED TRAVEL AGENCY

Recently we had to book tickets for our trip to India during Dec. We did a lot of research for couple of days and would like to share some thoughts.

1) Never ever go for travel agents. Most of them will offer less prices but will charge you extra later. (As taxes, service charges etc.)
2) Instead try reputed online sites.

We booked our tickets through expedia.com and were really glad with the price they offered. We get emails if there is a slight change in the itinerary.

Plus from my credit card statements I could see that expedia only got paid $12 for our tickets. Rest of the money was deducted by the airlines.

yes i used the services of gotobus.com and send my parents to 2 trips. one in N.California & other a east coast tour. They had a very comfortable trip. The guides are very helpful, considerate of aged passengers and even help with arranging for special meals.

It would be great if anybody can share their good/bad experience with these tours. Also if anybody else is planning on sending their parents on tour they can go together, it would be great if they can have some company.

be vigilant in choosing your recruting agency.
for heaven sake never make any deals with the fucking job 2 career.they could do the worst kind of barbaric practises to you and all your depandants.

As a CGFNS holder I Entered a contract with job 2 career, that they will do my immigration work, give job and insurance..

My visa interview was on Nov 30 2004, we got permanent residency and entered USA on Apl 27, 2005.

I was pregnant. Since I was pregnant the agency refused TO GIVE job and insurance .As per the contract they are suppose to give me accommodation and life support.

They have promised the Consul General of USA Chennai India, that they would provide me weekly salary of $ 704.00 plus benefits including Health Insurance from the day I receive permanent residency in U.S. This was the same contractual promise they gave me.
I received permanent residency on April 27th, 2005 and as a pregnant woman it was extremely difficult and mentally agonizing not to have health insurance and Job till December 2005.

We informed this matter to police, and other regulatory agencies, now because of that the agency is taking revenge on us, they sued us with false charges, and trying to deport us we are concerned about our safety too.

Now they sued us, and humiliating us with deposissition. As per the us law An attorney can as anything in deposition. He collected our social security number. A number and all valid documents photocopy. And at the time of deposition he is asking about our private life, when the baby born, how he born weather he is defected, and all type of private questions.now we are so much tensed about this harassments also
