I have referred maximum articles in path2usa.com webiste and completed formalities on getting VFS Interview Appointment letter. Followed up the video clipping procedures from your website on how to attend the Vis Interview- stage by stage part.
Today I have attended the Visa Interview successfully and Youra articles have given enough support for me till completion. This is a good experience because of you i.e. www.path2usa.com. Thanks.

Hello, Me and my Son applying for K1 and k2 visa just done with our Interview May 2 2012, And when we are at the final Interview consulate, He just ask me about what is in my DS forms same to my son, and also asked me about me and my fiancee. He never asked for any proof like pics. Emails and other proof My fiancee came here already in Phil. Twice.. The first time he stayed here for almost 2 months and 2nd time is 4 months.. I also said that to the consule when he asked. For what i know i answered the questions correctly, but after the interview he never told me that i passed already or any thing that will make me think that its all ok. He just told me to wait again for my name to call. (My question is in K1 interview, do the consulate usually told to there applicant that they passed the interview already? like congatulations?) and when i was called in the last window, it is the window where people told to just wait for there visa at home. When i was there the lady handed me a white paper saying that we will need to wait first for your son medical.(Because st.lukes is delayed to released my son medical result. But they said that the st. lukes will just send them the medical result directly.) I was worried because they never told me if i am approved even my son already.(My question is, in this case if the medical result is only the problem, how long is the time i need to wait for them to notify me and about some people who have experience about delay medical how long they get result about this issue. By the way on the white paper that they handed me, they check the medical and put my son name there. And they check also the box saying, WAIT TILL YOU HEAR FROM US.
I emailed them also 2 days after the interview and they reply to me saying " We received Jomari’s medical exam report on May 4, 2012 and referred the cases to a consular officer for review. We will notify you once the review is completed."
Im getting coucou and overthinking even my fiancee, it is like waiting and guessing.. PLease help us. and give us some idea whats goin on about this. thankyou and Godbless

I am a 25 year old guy who is the founder and CTO of a web mobile software company based out of Mumbai. Most of our clients are from the US. This was my first US visa interview and got rejected. The consul officer asked me how can I become a CTO at such an young age and it does not make any sense.
Either the officer was very dumb to know that even back in her country (US) there are a lot of young CEOs and CTOs and founders of companies.
Some questions I have for fellow forum members. When we are asked to submit passport by the consul officer, should we submit the proof documents (in my case my client was sponsoring my visit) also? As the consul officer never asked for these documents, and I thought if I would submit them before that I might be acting cocky.
Whatever it is I will re-apply.

to all the applicants of all categories, I am a regular wather of experinces column in this website.
It is very astonoshing to state that some of the effected applicants are just throwing their entire dust onthe officials and with most unacceptable abusing words and moreover they are not writing their experiences without any valid reasons. It is not good thing on the educated peoples comments. It should never be repeated nor tolerated. Issuing visas are the sole discretion of the officials of the US embassy and they had their own parameters and guidelines and they r doing their best in this country.
So I earnestly request all the writers in this coulmn are that they should avoid writing with ugly language and they should atleast show some kind of alterness while writing bad and nonrepeatable words, in any language dont think that ur language is not an understandble one.
Hence please be cautious while doing certain things and dont blame on any officicals of US Embassy.

More of a question than posting my experience. I am visiting under the waiver program. I have arrived on the 16 of december and my flight to return home is booked for march the 15th. Coming in my passport was stamped with a date to leave on march 14th, a day before my ticket is booked. If you do the math it won't be 90 days until march 15th. It costs a lot to chance the date on my ticket. Will I get in trouble if I stay for an extra day?

Hi, I had attended an interview at Mumbai US Consulate for a Non-Immigrant (C1D) visa on 30/08/2011, At the time of Interview the Consular Officer had not looked into any of my supporting documents and returned my Passport with a yellow slip under section 221g, saying that further information is required and did not ask me what exactly she wanted to see and asked me to check on the given website (http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov/refused-or-pending-visa.html) for the status of my file. I have been tracking the said site, since 01/09/2011
Since then, the site shows the same 12 file number's and there is no change since then,
please note my CEAC Barcode number is AA001TLK6H. Kindly do the needful.
Please let me know, On an average how long does it takes to have my CEAC Barcode on the lists.
I would request your kindself to please tell me about how long does it take to resume the process, As per the Letter of Employment issued to me, my date of joining is 17/09/2011.
Any assistance/information on the above matter would be highly appreciated.

I also had my interview for Business visa (3x) last June /Sep 2005 & April 2006, but the consulate keep on denied me even i met all the requirements and complete documents such as invitation and guarantee letter, company profile ,etc. I don’t know what requirements they still need for me. My 2nd and 3rd interview , the consulate did not checked my requirements either ,they just denied me when they saw my mother's name on their computer. I think the only reason is because i have my on going petition from my mother and im still single thats why they denied me. But it shd not be a reason because i dont think that i can ruin my mother petition and my petition is not something to do with my work that i have now.I have a good job here in philippines and i dont want to losse my job here, I respect my company and dont want to give them any problem for giving their trust on me. i have been in the company since Jan 2005 ..I just missed any training opportunity that was given by our company because the consulate have a wrong interpretation on my purpose. Is there any chance to approve my Business visa when i apply for th 4th attempt

Hi,
Does denial of US Business Visa to an individual has an adverse affect on his/her track record and chances of getting same or different category of US Visa in future?
Kindly advice.
Thanks!
