    Weight gaining is the most common problem of the world both women and men suffering this diseases fat will destroy the natural beauty. Here are some tips for weight lossing:
    1.Find out how many calories you need
    2.Eat fruits and vegetable everyday
    3.Watch for portion size
    4.Do not skip meals
    5.Eat healthy and fresh food
    6.Do not overly restrictive
    7.Understand food claims and labels

    Now a days people didn't have time for there self here are some tips for stay fit. Say goodbye to calorie counting food, Eat regular meals, write down everything you eat, and avoid restaurants and take out at lunchtime, These three habits were each linked to greater weight loss.

    Well!!We should be take care of the weight loss issues.different people like
    the different workouts for the weight loss and weight gain issues.According
    to me that exercise work is the best solution for keep maintain of the body
    weight...

    Hey guys,I am very careful about the weight issues.So we should be take
    steps for keep control the weight of the body.So i like these tips for the
    weight issues.....
    Eat fruits and vegetable everyday
    Watch for portion size
    Do not skip meals
    Exercise work
    Cycling
    Swimming
    Drink water in more quantity...

    It is really a common issue. Every third person is worried and want to loss weight. According to me there are just two things to weight loss that is diet and exercise. You should take low fat and carbs in your diet and also do some exercise. I think cycling and swimming are best exercise for this purpose. Try to do it.
