    Is there any limit to the speed we walk in the offices ?

    Walk at normal speed. Allow ladies to go first when u are about to leave / enter the lift.

    best is like walking 2 miles a day.

    That's true that walking 2 miles a day will keep you fit and the whole USA is full of nice places to spend time and have fun with family.

    Hey guys,Walk is very good and necessary to our health and our body, walk is the best exercise to our health, when we walk then your body always perfect and fit, all the disease are finish to the walk and you always active and perfec.So i like the walk

    Well,According to me that walk is the best source for keep fitness of the body and keep
    fresh active on the mentally.So we should do the walking regularly for keep fitness of the
    body.So here should be the proper way that how you are walking.

    You should to choose normal walking style. not more fast and not slow. because fast style is became tire to human.

    Just walk the normal speed is ok
