Dear All,

While filling DS160 form , I cam across following questions :-

Where do you Intend to Work ?
Name of the Employer :
Street Address:
------------------------------------------------------------

In my LCA, there are 3 addresses mentioned: Client Address, Employer address and Home address.
Now, I have 3 options:-
Option 1 - Employer Name and Employer address (who is holding my H1b)
Note: My employer address belongs to different state and my home address is of another state
Option 2-. Employer name and Client address
Option 3 - Client name and Client address
Please advise.
