I am working a company who has an office in UK. My nephew did his MS in London and working in employer's UK office. Now my employer would like to bring my nephew to US for one week to attend one important internal meeting.

1. What kind of Visa he needs to come to US for one week.
2. Does he need to go to India (home country) to get the visa.
