I have started to prepare documents that would be needed for I-485 filing. I have a couple of questions regarding my birth certificates on which I need your advice.

There are a couple of errors on my birth certificate. First, the birth certificate uses my birth name, which is different from the “used” name. Secondly the date of birth is different from the one used on other documents. Also, the birth certificate is written in an India language.

Please advise me as to how to deal with these inconsistencies in my birth certificate.
