I am on H1 expiring in the next 3 months. Is it possible to apply for H4 for my spouse? Will it have any impact on my H1 visa extension due in 3 months?

Or shall I ask my spouse working in India to apply for self sponsored visitor visa without mentioning me...?

What are the chances of getting an individual self sponsored visitor visa as compared to H4 visa?
