I have a doubt w.r.t invitation letter to parents and letter to the consulate.

My husband is sponsering my parents and I am housewife(currently on EAD,not working).

1. we have prepared the invitation letter that my husband is only inviting my parents and there is no where we have mentioned my name (eg;Dear MIL,FIL,SIL
I would like to invite you all to the USA to stay with me for 45 days. It would be very nice to have you all with me. ). Is it ok since my husband is the only sponserer or should I mention my name as well in the letter and sign with him?

Will the VO can ask my parents and sister that why your son in law is only inviting you and not your daughter. or will VO ignore it thinking that the letter should be only from sponsorer?

2. Have the same doubt in the Letter to the consulate. we have prepared the letter that my husband is requesting us consulate to grant B2 visa to mother in law, father in law and sister in law.
should I mention my name and sign or only my husband should write the letter?

3. Do I need to send my original Birth certificate or copy is enough?
