    Default AP and H1-B conflicts

    Hello,

    I did apply my 485 and AP as dependent to my wife's GC in eb2 and expecting AP shortly. But i did NOT apply any 485 from employer (not same as wife's employer) and i am on still h1-b here. If i use my AP got from my wife's employer, will it revoke my current h1-b? Please advise
