F1 Rejected Twice.. Which Visa to apply?? B2 or H4??

Hello Everyone..

One of my friend's f1 visa got rejected twice.. His wife is here in US.. They both are indian but he is working on UK.. They did court Marriage.. Should he apply for Visitor Visa or Dependent Visa.. What is advisable with more chances of getting approval??

Please reply soon.. They both have not met since last two years..

What is your friend's spouse current visa? F1 or H1? If she is on H1, she can sponsor H4
for her spouse.

H4 visa is for dependents. B2 visa is for visitors and both are for different purposes.
Generally B2 visa is for visiting parents. B2 would be tough for your friend if he is young,
because it would be tough to prove the non-immigrant intension.
