Hi,

I work for a reputed beverage company in USA from the last 1.5yrs. I have been staying in USA for 5yrs total. I want to visit India for short trip of 2weeks. But since my stamping has expired, I have to go for visa stamping.

I just wanted to know if there is chance of rejection? I am going prepare all my documents based on information available on path2usa. But does returning worker have any issues coming back? My GC is also not filed yet (my company is doing the documents).
