    Default H1B visa to H4 visa. Urgent help needed.

    Hello, I am currently on H1B issued by hospital and will expire in december this year. I am leaving my job by end of this month. My spouse is also on H1b. Can I apply for convesion to H4 in march or should I apply before I am out of my job? Someone please answer as soon as possible as I have to make some decisions fast. thanks.

    Default File for H4 status ASAP

    Dont wait until MARCH, try to file before March

    I dont understand why you leaving job. people are struggling to get job on H1.
