Experience Hi All, Thanks to Path2Usa , no doubt it had been helpful , though mine was not much complicated case but still it being first time its human to get nervous , so i was going through lot of study material to make myself mentally prepared. i had 18th sep interview time was 9Am and i was on time , though even goin one horu before wouldnt have harmed as it was quite crowdy..which automatically makes u nervous. u know why you will find people there not prepared or with fualty document's . once u stand in line outside , the VFS volunteer's check ur documents and they point ur fault ..so u can see the guy standing in front of u can be asked to step back and get clear photograph or fill in some unfilled boxes in the form , whatsoever i went inside and enclosed the questions asked to me: Q1. When are you planning to travel? Q2. You will be there for Christmas? Q3. How long do you plan your travel? Q4: Which place you are going? Q5: Do you know the state? Q6: What is the reason for so long stay? Q7: What will happen there? Q8: What will you do in there? Q9: And what do you do here? Q10: Which place ? Q11: So what office do you hold? Q12: And so who are your clients? Q13: oh Ok, can you give some names pls? Q14: Anything to do with *******(present job profile)? Q16: So How long with ***** ( this present company) Q17: And which was your prior company Q18: How long you worked there Q19: So money not an issue, who will take care of that? Q20: if you don’t mind can I know your annual salary roughly? let me tell u this was a bit lengthy and grilling , reason being the guy before me who applied for student visa had messed up everything and hence the consular mood went bizzare.....my only tip to you all guys is ...pray hard before u leave home....be confident normal and dont peep in too much here and there...dont talk to much people there other than embassy people cause u will get more nervous...till ur time comes to go to the window dont stare at window in trying to find out what is being asked ....that tends to make u more disturb....wait for ur time and reply short and sweetly....note the guru mantra is short and sweet answer's...thats it... rgds GK
