The officer has checked all the check boxes in employer documents.
I was interviewed on 11-Dec-2006 fr H1 and H4 as well.
The officer checked my original degree documents and then verified project report.
Then she asked for Income tax returns and Wages reports.
I submitted income tax returns only as i don't have wages reports.
Then she looked again project report document and then gave form 221g , and said that u can use drop box to submit them.
But the Officer has checked all the check boxes under employer category.
I submitted again on 24-Jan-2007 at Bangalore, VFS office. I have not submitted 3 documents which they checked in the 221g form.
They are:
i) A copy of the contract between the US employment agency (petitioner) and the location(the location wher eyou will actually work)
ii)A letter (on letterhaed) from the personnel department at the US job site stating that there is a vacancy for you.
iii) The applicant's complete itinerary of services, including company names and addresses.
My employer told that these 3 documents are not required even they consulate has asked these documents. The reason my employer told was "Since i am going to work on internal project and the samelocation where company is".
Can sombody please help me, whether these 3 documents are required?
