I have totally 17 yrs of education and have 6 yrs of work experience and I am on an old and rare skillset. As per a survey, there are approximately only 5000 developers around the world on this skill set. I do not understand this. If I am not qualified enough then why my petition was approved in the first place. I am not going to try again as I realize that its waste of time and effort. If getting a visa to US depends on LUCK, then I would rather buy a LOTTERY TICKET and try my luck there :-) Thanks. | ||
