Last week, USCIS announced that the following immigration forms have been updated and the new editions of these forms are now available.
- Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker
- Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
- Form I-485 Supplement A, Adjustment of Status Under Section 245(i)
Revisions to the new editions of these immigration forms include such improvements like easier to use formats and new data collection technologies.
Form I-140
The new edition of Form I-140 is dated 10/15/15, but USCIS will continue to accept the previous edition of Form 1-140 dated 03/05/13.
Form 1-485
The new edition of Form I-485 is dated 10/05/15, but USCIS will continue to accept previous editions dated 06/20/13; 01/18/11; 11/23/10; 11/08/10; 07/15/10; and 12/03/09.
Form I-485 Supplement A
The new edition of Form I-485 is dated 10/05/15, but USCIS will continue to accept previous editions dated 06/20/13; 01/18/11; 11/23/10; 12/16/08; and 05/27/08.
