The Visa Bulletin for June 2015 has been released. This month’s Visa Bulletin notifies of the waiting time for obtaining a Green Card through Employment-Based and Family-Sponsored preferences and reports advancement in EB-2, EB-3, F1, and F2A categories for Indian nationals.
Cut-Off Dates for Employment-Based Categories
Cut-off dates are listed below.
- Employment Based First Preference Category (EB-1)
- The cut-off date will remain current.
- Employment Based Second Preference Category (EB-2)
- The cut-off date has been advanced five and half months to October 1, 2008.
- Employment Based Third Preference Category and other Workers Category (EB-3)
- The cut-off date has been moved one week to January 22, 2004.
- Employment Based Fourth Preference Category (EB-4)
- This category will remain unchanged.
- Employment Based Fifth Preference Category (EB-5)
- The cut-off date under this category will be current.
Cut-Off Dates for Family-Sponsored Categories
Cut-off dates are listed below.
- Family Based First preference category (F1)
- The cut-off date has been moved forward two weeks to September 1, 2007.
- Family Based Second preference category (F2A)
- The cut-off date has been moved forward one month to October 1, 2013.
- Family Based Second preference category (F2B)
- This family preference category will remain current.
- Family Based Third preference category (F3)
- The cut-off date for this category will remain current.
- Family Based Fourth preference category (F4)
- The cut-off date will remain current.
Now, applicants under Employment-Based and Family-Sponsored categories whose priority dates are before the cut-off dates may file for Adjustment Of Status.
