Visa Bulletin for March 2015 Released

The U.S. Department of State has released the Visa Bulletin for March 2015, which lists the cut-off dates for different immigration categories and resident countries. The visa bulletin informs applicants of the changes made to the priority dates stipulated by the U.S. Department of State.

The cut-off date for Indian nationals who are seeking approval of Employment Based second preference (EB2) immigrant visa has been advanced by 16 months, moving from September 1, 2005 to January 1, 2007.

The cut-off date for Indians trying to obtain US citizenship classification under the Employment Based third preference category (EB3) immigrant visa has been pushed back 10 days, moving from December 22, 2003 to January 1, 2004.

The cut-off date for Employment Based first preference category (EB1), Employment Based fourth preference category (EB4), and Employment Based fifth preference category (EB5) will remain unchanged.
