This card is issued to F-1 visa holders who have been authorized by USCIS for Pre-Completion Optional Practical Training, Post-Completion Optional Practical Training and are now allowed to legally work in the United States. This is also issued to H4 visa holders who are eligible to work in the US until their primary petitioner has a valid H1- B visa. The card will contain the employment start date and end date.
